Read more about M&E here. The provisional ballot will count if your eligibility can be determined within three days after Election Day by your County Registrar’s office. If you miss the registration deadline, you may be eligible to register and vote or make changes to your voter registration (anything other than party affiliation) and vote during the early voting period.
If you are in line by 7 p.m., you will still be allowed to vote. If you miss that deadline, you can still vote in person during early voting or on Election Day.
